Dear Team Reps, Please note the following: CUP FINALS The two cup finals will be played at HKFC on Saturday 4 May 24 and have been scheduled on the league website, a cash bar will be open on the day and all members and supporters are encouraged to attend. Prior to the finals an ExCo/Team Reps XI will play against the referees and any team rep interested in joining is welcome and should email the league Chairman. 6-A-SIDES AND PRESENTATIONS There will be no annual dinner this year (next year is already booked for the first Saturday in May 2025 after the cup finals both to be held at HKFC). Presentations of all medals will be carried out on week one of the 6s to be held at King’s Park on Sunday 12 May with the 6s finals to be held on Sunday 19 May. Fixtures for the 6s first week on 12 May will be scheduled in due course. CHANGES TO FIXTURES ON LAST DAY OF THE LEAGUE SEASON As in previous seasons and when possible, games involving teams competing in promotion and relegation games will have their games synchronised to have the same KO times as their peers, as always all teams are to check their schedule on the website regularly. PROMOTION AND RELEGATION As in previous years divisions 1, 2 and 3 will have 2 teams relegated to the lower division. Divisions 2, 3 and 4 will have a defined number of teams promoted depending on the number of members confirmed before the start of the season. The divisions will where possible have an equal number of teams with any odd numbers meaning the higher divisions will have more teams i.e. if no new teams join next season Div 1 will have 12 teams and Div 2,3 and 4 will have 11. Thank you for your attention. YYL ExCo
